Rapids finding ways to win

The Colorado Rapids haven't necessarily played pretty in the last two weeks, but they have found a way to grind out very positive results. After the trauma of losing a two-goal lead against the Chicago Fire two weeks ago, the Rapids have won two straight home games by the narrowest of margins to push them closer to the playoffs.
